TL;DR: Quiubo is built with privacy as a core principle. We don't store your phone number, we can't read your messages, and your private key never leaves your device.
Phone numbers
We never store your phone number. It's only used transiently for verification and is immediately discarded.
Message content
Messages are end-to-end encrypted. We only store encrypted envelopes that we cannot decrypt.
Private keys
Your cryptographic private key never leaves your device. It's encrypted with your passphrase.
Personal identifiers
No names, emails, or other personal identifiers are required or stored.
Public keys
Your cryptographic public key is stored to enable secure messaging with others.
Encrypted message envelopes
We store encrypted messages that only recipients can decrypt.
Consent records
We track who you've approved to contact you (identity IDs only, not phone numbers).
Community metadata
Names, descriptions, and membership of communities you create or join.
Since we don't store your phone number or real identity, there's no personal data to export beyond what's already on your device.
