1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent consent mechanisms
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Attempt to access other users' encrypted data
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Upload malware or malicious content

2. Your Responsibilities

• Key security

  You are responsible for keeping your private key and passphrase secure.

• Account recovery

  If you lose your passphrase, we cannot recover your account. There is no password reset.

• Content responsibility

  You are responsible for content you send through the platform.

3. Our Responsibilities

• We will operate the service with reasonable care and security
• We will not access your encrypted messages (we technically cannot)
• We will respond to valid legal requests as required by law
• We will notify you of security issues that may affect your account

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep Quiubo available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
